Frequently asked questions
Practical answers before requesting a fork.
Can I submit any GitHub repository?
No. Forkd accepts public crypto repositories with recognised blockchain signals and suitable permissions. General-purpose software is outside this platform’s scope.
Will the agent deploy everything automatically?
That is the intended product direction, but this release does not complete that entire process. It supports intake, source review, budgeting and a separately configurable repository-editing runner. Public workbench publication is implemented but requires the destination and trusted publisher configuration. Complete protocol ports, contract deployment and PONS launch still require independent verification and operational integration.
Does requesting a fork cost anything?
Submitting a request does not charge a wallet. Actual model execution uses recorded, settled build credit. Chain transactions and third-party services can have their own charges.
Does FORKD pay holders revenue?
No holder distribution or guaranteed return is promised. The design routes fees to development and the main treasury. Treasury receipts are not the same as buying back FORKD, and buybacks are not currently active.
Is Percolator live on Robinhood?
No. It is a source candidate. A safe EVM port needs substantive engineering and verification; listing its repository does not imply that work is complete.
